The Marches is a new Build-To-Rent development in Woking, created by property powerhouse Native. We worked with them to create a brand that lives up to the experience you’ll get living there.

The Marches is a truly unique place to live. Minutes from London. A short drive to the city. An elevator away from M&S (yes, really). It’s in the middle of everywhere, but it’s so packed with perks you might never want to leave. We built the brand around this insight – the experiences you can only have at The Marches.

Naming

Inspired by its location and audience, we named it The Marches – a term for an in-between space. It’s literally in-between London and the countryside. But its residents are often in transition too – between flat share and family life. 

Creative

We used the first letters of the name – TM – to create a trademark symbol for the experiences you can only have if you live there. 

Creative

The aesthetic took cues from fashion and boutique hotels. And copy was king - personality-packed lines that brought The Marches many (many, many) perks to life.
